Today's Post: Fake IPL Player

Here is the today's post of Fake IPL player's blog. Have fun.

In Jo'burg now. The plot seems to be thickening. On the flight, Lordie, Bhookha and Skipper were sitting in different corners. No words exchanged between any of them. Bhookha and coach had another round of discussions with Dildo. Apparently, they tried to explain to Dildo how Lordie doesn't fit into the scheme of things anymore. The top four batters will be the phoren brigade, given that Pussy is now with us. And for lower order, we need guys who can run fast, take quick singles and twos. So, Bhookha is of the view that there's no place for Lordie.

Dildo is wary of any more public fury. He has told Bhookha that he is free to take any decision he wants, but if it backfires Bhookha will have to face severe consequences. Skipper wasn't part of this discussion. I hear that Dildo called up Skipper separately and asked for his opinion. Skipper seems to have said that if Lordie doesn't fit in the lower order, he will have to come up and probably even open, if reqd. But there's no question of dropping Lordie. Not sure if Skipper and Bhookha have exchanged notes on this as they have been keeping a certain distance from one another lately. I don't think we have seen the last of this episode.

Bhookha isn't done yet, guys. He has a new friend on the block, none other than the Durbaan of Patiala. Bhookha and Durbaan Ji have lately been SMSing each other more than even Bombay teenaged girls on Virgin Mobile.

News from the Bubblies is that the Prince has reduced Durbaan's role to durbaangiri and nothing more. Durbaan is none too pleased and has been confiding in Vakeel Saab and Lady Jaya. Vakil Saab, who is the favourite huggy buggy, squeeze boy of Babli these days, has relayed the news to Babli. Not that Babli can do much abt it. Bunty controls the ship and Babli doesn't control Bunty anymore.

Anyway, Bhookha and Durbaan are writing a detailed Memo that they'll send to Saala Slimeball and his technical committee for next yr's competition. One of the points being allowing more foreigners in the side. Other points include removal of the icon player concept from next yr itself, reduction of strategy time break, higher level of media gagging, and removal of biased commentators who influence public opinion. (Not sure if FIP is worthy enough to find a place in this new Bible they are authoring). If Bhookha's still reading the blog, I'd like to slip in a couple of suggestions from my side that may dramatically change our fortunes next year. One, allowing overage, underfit players to wear roller skates while fielding. Two, allowing wicket keepers to wear gloves even if when they aren't keeping wickets.

Finally, as they say in English, "Form is temporary, class is permanent". Or, as they say in Hindi "Appam ka Samay aur Chutiya hamesha kat-ta hai". Appam's done it again. First, he messes with a guy twice his size who has just belted him for sixes & fours, and then he goes to Cool Dude asking about his chances of making it to the T20 WC team if the main bowler doesn't recover in time. Cool Dude just laughed it off saying that he doesn't plan on visiting the match referee during the T20 WC.

Match Day tomorrow. You’ll see what’s in store for Lordie.

Till then, adios

Halloween

Haunted houses, devils, demons, wicked witch and all other things which relate to horror would be perfect representation of Halloween. People get dressed up like all kinds of different characters. As far as I have seen over the years, the character which people dress up very frequently are dead man, wicked witch, Egyptian king/queen, roman empire, superman, spider man, batman/bat woman, cop, doctor, construction worker and many many more. But one character which was a new one this year and was quite famous was Sarah Palin. Yes! that's right, the vice-president candidate for the republican party in this election.

Chumma....

Long time, long long time. Almost 4 months without blogging. In the last 4 months I came across variety of topics on which I wanted to blog but due to my laziness I didnt. The worst thing is I even stopped checking my friends blogs who have been doing their updating regularly. Only myself to blame for all these.

Right now I have too many things running in my mind to write about one particular thing. The good thing that happened to me in the recent past was my visit to India and the time I spent with my family and friends. Other than it is great to get back over here in Lincoln and continue the routine sucking life. But still I enjoy it.

I always wish to write a blog like how my friends and others write. There is something which my blog misses all the time. I defintely dunno what, but mine is plain crap. Even I cant read mine and how I am supposed to expect others to read mine. Sometimes I think that my verbal language is weak and plain. So do I need to use new words from dictionary and have new creative phrases which would attract people???? No, simply because it does not reflect me. I never use all those things. I am just a simple guy.

Then how the hell, can I make my blog as interetsing as others???? Or do I have to?????

Go Big Red!!!

ELECTRIFYING – You want to know how it feels??? Come and watch a Huskers football at Memorial Stadium, Lincoln, NE (Definitely a winning game, lol) I was told by everyone right from the day I landed here, GO AND WATCH A HUSKERS FOOTBALL GAME. But I wasn’t interested at all. First simply because I don’t know anything about the game and secondly I don’t think there is anything better than Cricket and F1. But right now I would say my thinking is dumb. Definitely American Football is interesting provided you have the atmosphere.

I have tried watching football on TV, but I cannot watch more than half hour. Its way different from watching it live among the 84,704 people shouting and cheering for the team. You may be telling me that it’s true for every other game too, but I feel this is different. The important things apart from the game, was the unofficial fight between the music bands of both teams, pre-match and break time performance by the cheer girls and band and finally the students.

Both the team’s music band were fighting to prove that they are the best. Definitely I can say one outplayed the other, but definitely it was fun watching them competing with each other. And then the twenty minutes pre-match performance was really good with colorful cheer girls and music band’s excellent performance with different formations. It was really superb.

The main reason behind my thrilling experience was the students. The way they dressed, the way they cheered, the way they shouted at opponents, the way they showed their anger and many more – Awesome. And finally I have to thank two people who made this possible was Sonny for giving me the ticket and Aravind Vishwanathan for accompanying to the game and answering all my stupid questions during the game.

And finally if you ask me is it better than cricket??? Be prepared to see me showing the finger to you. Cricket and F1 – Any day, Anytime.

India - Twenty20 World Champions

Wow!!! This is the only word I can say after seeing the nail biting finals between India and Pakistan in South Africa in which India took the trophy by just 5 runs. You can never ask for anything better than this.

This match had two main important things in it. One being the first twenty20 world cup and second, the clash between 60 year rival teams - India and Pakistan. But I have to say that it was pure cricket and nothing else. As everyone said it was cricket which won at the end and I completely agree with that.

I dunno how many beats my heart skipped during the final over of this match but it was worth it. I am still astonished by Indian team performance in this tour but at the same I dont want to praise them too much which may make them complacent.

Anyway thanks a lot to the Indian and Pakistan cricket team for entertaining all the cricket fans with a fabulous performance.

If not a good kisser, then loser!!!

I have started listening to the local FM station in my city. Its KFRX and pretty good especially the morning program in which the RJ's are doing a great job. I love the morning 2 hour program, its real fun. More than that they play all the hit songs(some are repeated often but I dont mind hearing good songs again. who would??? ) I have been listening to this radio station for the past two weeks and now I am kinda addicted to it. I go mad if I dont switch it on.

Also its very pleasant to listen to sonsg while working. Till now I didnt have an ipod or any walkman kinda thing to listen to songs but with my new mobile I am able to do it. In this same FM, there is a show in the evening where they ask the listeners all kinda crazy questions and they throw a bunch of facts especially about college students.

One of them was "80% of the relationship break because one of them is not a good kisser". Wow!!! Thats a piece of information. And listeners started to call the FM and pour in their views about it. And mainly girls started talking about how they dumped guys because they weren't a good kisser.

They were making fun of all their EX's and described how bad they were at kissing. Almost all the girls were saying the same thing and making fun but all of sudden a girl called up and she had a complete different opinion.

She said even she had came across a guy who wasn't great in kissing but instead of dumping that guy, she talked him into it and helped him out. Ooohhh!!! Thats great. Hats off to you. And she said thats what she would expect others also to do.

The reason why I am writing this is I myself dunno how good or bad I am at kissing. If I am bad, I wanna to be with one of those girls.
